It's Mario Paint Composer. The original Mario Paint can only do 3 notes per beat, you can't topple notes on it and you can't do sharps or flats.

This version can do 5 notes per beat. You can topple notes. You can do sharps or flats. And you can go higher than G (you can go up to C). Also you can do insane tempos and volume control with this version.
